We recently renovated our space to really open it up and offer you some more green options for your home...we now offer "re-greening" of your own home furnishings, much like this denim piece. Come in and tell us what you are looking for and we will help you.
We will be hosting an eco craft workshop for Earthday on Saturday, April 23rd from 1-4pm. Come and make your own fused plastic, found item, or seashell magnet...bring the kids

Redesigned Space...

Yeah! We are finally done with our renovations (although around here we are always changing something). We just finished redesigning the store and I have to say my husband, my partner in crime (Michal Sparks) and her amazing family made it a SUPER success and lots of fun too. Come in and check it out...hanging reclaimed CA cypress and rebar shelving, salvaged faucet handles for hanging jewelry, recycled candy trays...lots of funky displays. The space is completely opened up and there is now a larger children's area. We are also FINALLY featuring our premier piece in our "re-green your home furnishings" series. Our reupholstered denim chair is now in the store and ready for order and/or purchase. More on that project a little later. Stop in, we are open Tues - Sun 10:30-5:30. See you soon.

So do we...that's why we are hosting a Sea & Green February Sale & Chocolate Fondue Party!

We are having a Super Sweet SALE at Sea & Green, the entire month of February, up to 50% off various items. To start the new year off right and get in the Valentine's Day mood we will be staying open late to host a Chocolate Fondue Party, Friday, February 4th from 4-8pm and Saturday 12-6pm...yummy! Other goodies and raffles throughout the weekend too.

Just Returned From Mazatlan

My daughter, my husband, his family and I all just returned from Mazatlan, Mexico. It was beautiful and relaxing. Unlike popular belief, it was very safe. I was a little concerned prior to our trip due to media about the kidnappings and drug wars. The people were so warm and friendly, the beaches were clean and the streets were safe to walk. I was delighted to see so many trees along the roads, many cut into shapes of animals, like the one here. At their aquarium I spotted an ingenious idea for a water bottle recycling container. We saw many iguanas roaming freely and ate alot of local fish and shrimp, yummy! Our dollar is equivalent to about 11 pesos so many items were much cheaper than in the US. I would recommend Mazatlan to friends for a relaxing getaway. Just as I was returning from our trip a shipment of recycled metal Mexican garden art just arrived in the shop...come by and check them out, we have flying pigs, fish, lobster, hens, turtles and more.

Earth Day Celebration Coming Soon!

Our 1st Annual Earth Day Celebration is Saturday April 24th and Sunday April 25th!

We will be giving away organic flower and vegetable seedlings and asking you to "take a pledge" with us this Earth Day.

Your pledge could be as simple as shutting off the water when you brush your teeth to starting an organic garden this season. You choose.

We will be offering refreshments and free information on how you can green your yard.

Sea & Green is happy to announce our new co-op artist Hope Grimes of Pocka Booka with her beautiful handmade one of a kind children's clothing, sun hats, bracelets and handbags made of vintage fabrics.

Sea & Green has new Spring hours...we are now open everyday from 10:30-5:30.
